**Salary**: £21,424 per annual plus up to £4000 OTE

You are required following skills and behaviors:

- Strong communication skills and a pro-active approach to your work
- An exceptional telephone manner as well as being a natural communicator with excellent written skills
- A high level of both written and spoken English
- Previous knowledge of Opera is desirable
- Excellent attention to detail and excellent administration skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Be highly motivated, proactive and an excellent team player
- Can deliver the highest standards of service that meets and exceeds guest’s expectations while achieving and surpassing profitability
