An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Nurse Directorate for a highly motivated Support Secretary to join our team.

Based at Ailsa Hospital, you will gain experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic and professional environment within a supportive and welcoming team.

As an experienced administrator, you will provide personal secretarial support to the QI Lead for Patient Experience, and work closely with our Senior Management Team and Nurse Directorate Support Team, providing high quality administrative support across a range of duties. You will work proactively and autonomously whilst maintaining effective communication with the wider administrative team.

With an SVQ level 3 in administration, or equivalent administration or secretarial experience, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be able to deal effectively with a number of simultaneous tasks and have the ability, commitment and judgement to ensure that actions are delivered within deadlines. Minute taking experience as well as a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages is essential.
