As a Travel Claims Handler, you'll be the first point of contact for our travel customers facing unexpected challenges. Your role involves more than processing claims; it's about empathising with customers, understanding their situations, and guiding them through the claims journey to positively impact their lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims.
- Provide customers with clear verbal and written instructions to ensure a smooth claims process.

**Requirements**:

- High competency in computer usage is essential
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is essential
- Confident and articulate on the phone
- Stay organised under pressure with great attention to detail
- Natural empathy and a desire to make a difference

**Salary and Benefits**:
