We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Omagh. We currently have an opportunity for a Goods in Quality Inspector.

About the Role
- This role involves the Inspection of chassis
- Random inspections of any other received parts as deemed necessary e.g. tanks, electrical kits, hoses etc.
- Visiting suppliers to complete NPPD inspections and help with problem solving
- Raising supplier reject notes for defects found
- Arranging rework with suppliers
- Input into jig requirements and equipment requirements to ensure inspections can be fully completed
- Completion of traceability records
- Internal auditing
- Actively address quality concerns on a day to day basis
- Responsibility to escalate any on-going issues
- Supporting in quality investigations as required
- Supporting other inspection activities e.g. inspection of internal fabrications

About you

Essential:

- Excellent attention to detail
- Good team work and communication skills
- Ability to build strong rapport
- Good awareness of health and safety
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to create clear hand written reports

Desirable:

- Knowledge of Terex machines
- Welding/fabrication experience
- Paint experience
- Experience in continuous improvement
- Experience in an inspection / quality role
