**About the role**:
It's an exciting time to join the Transformation and Delivery team here at AXA Health, with our transformation journey well underway to move us to a digital first organisation and deliver new digital services to our customers whilst streamlining and automating our business processes.

To help us drive our product development and enhance customer experience, we're looking to accelerate the delivery of our strategic programmes and drive the adoption of multi disciplined delivery methods to enable more effective change delivery.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Drive collaboration across all relevant stakeholders to shape, agree and review business cases, high level portfolio delivery estimates and more detailed incremental cost forecasts vs budget allocations
- Be accountable for planning design and delivery activities in line with the change framework, facilitating collaboration to develop a clear portfolio roadmap balancing benefit realisation, feasibility, engagement, and execution risk
- Ensure portfolio activities are appropriately directed and resourced and that plans are in place to enable successful end to end operationalisation
- Own and support engagement with third-party design and delivery partners
- Encourage and enable cross-team exploration of change delivery impediments such as impact velocity, quality, cost, and engagement
- Identify and manage interdependencies with other delivery portfolios within AXA Health and across the wider AXA UK&I/Global Transversals
- Work with the Planning & Portfolio Management team to support development and maintenance of a total enterprise view of change
- Lead, develop and empower the portfolio delivery team to support initiatives and improve eNPS - partnering with the Head of Transformation & Change Enablement to ensure appropriate talent and capability development approaches

**About you**:
**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven delivery of Portfolio and Programme/ Project Management competence in large and complex programmes through to benefits realisation
- Experience in a mix of delivery frameworks and change methodologies
- Proven ability to think strategically
- Experience of facilitating the development and iteration of complex, multi-dimensional business cases
- Solid delivery, planning, budgeting, and resourcing skills with an ability to coach teams to create simple, actionable delivery, progress and status reports
- Ability to question the status quo within a matrix management structure
- High level of emotional intelligence and excellent conflict management skills

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.

**What we offer**:

- Competitive annual salary
- Annual company & performance-based bonus
- Contributory pension scheme (up to 12% employer contributions)
