About the role

This is your opportunity to drive commercial excellence, build equity and support the delivery of the performance ambition across the Irish Off trade. This is an exciting and key role within the IOI Take Home Trade and is part of an impactful and successful team that aims to transform our business in partnership with Musgraves at an IOI level. In the THT channel we take great pride in the personal development, and this is reflective of the support you will be given to succeed, this role offers a fantastic platform for growth within the cross functional off trade team (Commercial, category, RGM, Customer Marketing).

In this role, you will:
- Take accountability for several key accounts, taking ownership of critical processes (forecasting, Cash to Terms etc) and relationships that helps them run optimally, efficiently and be compliant.- Work with the National account managers to deliver customer propositions that deliver and maximise sustainable profit delivery.- Working closely with CPM in the achievement of Distribution, Space and Visibility objectives, delivering brilliant activation of promotional, shopper and innovation plans- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Musgraves IOI THT business, sharing ideas and putting them into action.
