**About the Role**

The Supported Learning department provides in-class and 1:1 support to our learners who have a learning difficulty or disability, to help them maximise their potential and reach their learning goals, so that the learner journey is enjoyable, successful and prepares them for future progression.

In order to meet the identified learning needs of our learners, we are looking to increase our team of learning support workers (LSWs) to provide shared in-class or 1:1 support. Courses are scheduled across the week, during the day and early evening in both Richmond and Surbiton sites. The role is term time only across the academic year. Working patterns will be negotiated to suit the availability of successful applicant(s).
