**Business Developer KitchenSales - Barnstaple** **c£35k OTE Uncapped + Company Car + Great Benefits Package.**
Looking for an experienced Business developer with a passion for design for a high-profile blue-chip brand.
This premium brand is looking for a strong business developer to deliver against KPI targets and the ambition to build a career within a company that is renowned as an excellent place to work.
You will be a be focused and enjoy the buzz of creating a deal, and you will be responsible for growing accounts locally and managing those accounts that are already on-board, looking for fresh ways to grow your brand awareness.
**The Role**:
Utilising your experience of selling you will have a passion for achieving KPI’s, delivering targets, attention to detail is key, as you will be responsible for taking high value orders, mistakes could be costly for the bottom line, you must be able to listento your customer’s needs and place orders accordingly making sure that the final product is what has initially been sold.
Ideally, you’ll have experience working in a similar field-based role within the kitchen or construction industry in sales, account management or business promotion.
Understanding account management and building contacts in the local area is a key part of this role as well as delivering as requested and having the ability to see things through to completion, project managing the process from design to installation.
You must have had experience working with finance, understanding the creation of the deal, building the contract, and following through to completion of the sale and delivery of the product.
You must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-profile environment.
**The Person**:
You will have trade or retail experience as a salesperson/ or experience in business development in a high-profile environment but you will have the aspiration to want to grow your knowledge within your role to develop your personal skill set.
You must have a passion for selling and can succeed within a target related environment, where sales are rewarded with earning potential.
Your main purpose is to provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience from end to end, and you will achieve this by demonstrating passion about the product that you sell.
You must be inspiring and engaging within your team dynamic to deliver the highest level of service whilst working in a fun, friendly, atmosphere.
You will have a focus to learn and keep up to date with product knowledge so that you can be fully informed when talking to your customers and be aware of industry trends so that you can give a fully focused sales experience.
As this is a field-based role, you’ll need a Full UK Driving Licence and a flexible approach to travel and your working hours
