**Role Overview**

As a Flexible Skilled Operative at our printing facility, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently receive, store, and prepare materials to meet production demands. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by handling materials, operating machinery including forklift trucks, and supporting various tasks within the printing process. Adaptability and versatility are key as you may be required to work in different areas of the printers as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The FSO will be expected to operate within the Reel Room ensuring reels are received, stored, available, prepared and managed accordingly to meet production requirements to the required standards.
- The FSO will be responsible for setting up and Reel stand operation and assisting in the Press Hall.
- The FSO primary responsibility is to ensure that the reels are prepared according to the production requirements in a safe manner.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently across the Newsprinters operations and as part of a team to meet the business needs.

- Ideally holds an FLT licence (Not essential as training is provided)
