As a solution owner you will be responsible for a given analytics solution such as Churn Modelling (calculation of when a client will dispose of their car and whether or not they will buy Jaguar Land Rover again when they do). This role will be focussed on taking the vision for one of the 25 analytics solutions defined and turning it into a development roadmap that will see the solution deployed to the maximum number of markets possible with the maximum analytical maturity and breath of data sources possible. The key deliverable for the role will be to determine what the appropriate maximums are in each of these areas ensuring always there is a focus on incremental value from all future roadmap items.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**
- Develop Solution vision to a series of core capabilities and associated tasks to create a solution backlog that can be managed in JIRA.
- Prioritise backlog into sprints ca. 2-3 weeks and report on key development releases to Commercial Senior Management and Directors
- Work with Group Solution Owner to determine quarterly resource requirements and expected value to support Quarterly Big Room Planning
- Deliver a robust measurement strategy including associated dashboarding to measure the on-going impact of a solution facilitating a long term move to a DevOps model for the Solution.
- Align with other Analytics Solution Owners to understand interdependencies between solutions and support a consolidated Analytics Roadmap
- Work with Client Journey and Communications CoE to ensure solutions are embedded into Client Halo Journeys and that there is suitable creative to support the analytics capability
- Work with Client Data and Digital teams to ensure solutions are built of robust data pipelines and fully supported wherever possible
- Work with the Mar-Tech team to ensure solutions are delivered to market in the most accessible way
- Support Privacy by Design and Default of all new markets, data source and analytical techniques deployed as part of the role out

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Product management skills and experience managing a project in JIRA (essential)
- Demonstrable experience in evaluating different analytics solutions for a problem both before and after delivery (essential)
- Understanding of Mar-tech tools such as CDP and Decisions Engines
- Knowledge of Cookies and DMPs/Data Clean Rooms
- Understanding of capabilities and weakness of machine learning products
- Experience in rapid proto typing of solutions and concepts
- Expert technical knowledge of SQL coding and Google Cloud Platform including knowledge of orchestration tools such as Matillion.
- Knowledge of building data structures for modelling and reporting purposes
- Experience creating models in R and Python and managing develop of the code and appropriate version control
- Knowledge of SAP systems include BW and SAP HANA and Business Objects
- Understanding of auto industry current and future go to market strategies and business model
- Experience working with 3rd party analytics agencies.
