WHAT TO EXPECT 

This role the Product Owner is responsible for ensuring the success of a Welcome Access & Leave chapter workstream within an Agile environment . The product owner will be responsible for managing and optimizing the product backlog in order to maximize the value of the product and the performance of the squad. The product owner is responsible for facilitating communication and self-organization within the squad.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Contribute to delivering Welcome, Access & Leave Chapter workstreams Epics within an Agile environment. Lead Agile Ceremonies & organise BRP : Big room planning sessions. Work on Product Increments : PI workload decomposition , by creating Chapter Epics and decide on priorities for the upcoming sprints. Work on Product backlog refinement. Assess risks and contribute in leading better product strategies. Lead Sprint planning and Sprint Retro sessions and assess Squad progress throughout the PI. Trace activities in Jira and help squad members with activities decomposition for each sprint. Align with Chapter lead on the workstream end products and the working strategy.

WHAT YOU NEED

Relevant experience working in as product owner - within the automotive or another technical industry Strong experience using Jira , Confluence and other traceability tools. Strong experience in stakeholders management & managing conflics Good verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving skills Strong experience in Agile processes
