We are recruiting for the role of **Senior HR Projects Officer and this role is a 12 month fixed term contract.**

**Let us tell you a bit more about the role**

The Senior HR Projects Officer role will involve leading and working on a number of projects and workstreams, such as diversity & inclusion, bespoke leadership and management development, learning & development, staff engagement, policy innovation, talent management and workforce development. The role is responsible for scoping, planning, and taking a project approach to deliver; running work groups with senior stakeholders, policy leads and specialists to shape, and delivery the scope and requirements of the Project in a matrix structure inline with the overall delivery plan. Also, there may be requirement to with assisting with management of suppliers or monitoring spend against budgets.

- Ability to challenge decision and provide rationale and reasonable solutions across all OD Projects and/or Portfolio and Policy areas
- Responsive to the needs of HR customers and able to identify opportunities for service innovation and improvement
- Ability to plan, co-ordinate and execute projects achieving measurable impact
- Credibility and influencing ability with stakeholders at all levels
