**HR Projects Officer**

**London (Hybrid working - 3 days/week in office)**

**£45,000 per annum**

Outsource UK's client are a multinational Oil and Gas logistics company who are looking to hire a HR Project Officer to develop and implement projects to drive engagement and efficiency in the People arena.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Leads and implements project plans; evaluates project status and resource utilization and implements changes to improve team effectiveness.
- Communicates and interacts with internal and external partners.
- Researches, evaluates, and analyses HR business requirements and processes that have potential impact on operations and support functions.
- Generates reports summarizing business initiatives status, data for discussions, projections, and strategic recommendations in response.
- Participates in the development, coordination, and implementation of changes and/or improvements in management systems and procedures for the department.
- Participates in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.

**Skills needed**:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of effective communication principles, processes, media, and techniques.
- Knowledge of current and emerging trends in technologies, techniques, issues, and approaches in HR.
- Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively summarize and present information.
- Program planning and implementation skills.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Ability to establish, develop, and implement processes and procedures that align the company processes with industry standards and best practices
