**What's involved with this role**:
**Temporary Finance Administrator**
**Reference no: VLA 5229146**
**Pay rate £10.82 per hour PAYE**
**This opening assignment is for 2-3 months** Purchase Ledger operations - including processing all purchase orders / invoices for depot operations Key responsibilities:
- Regular contact with suppliers maintaining a strong working relationship.
- Ensure the accurate inputting of weekly payroll.
- Engaging with other internal departments to ensure operational delivery e.g.
- customer service.
- Answering the telephone.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Discussions with customers regarding bookings / advising ETAs
- General administration duties
