Glamorgan, United Kingdom Digital Health and Care Wales Full time

Please note that the employer for this post is Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW).

We have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Primary Care Services Coordinator to provide project and organisational support to the Primary Care Planning and Coordination Team.

A flexible approach is key to delivering high quality work at pace, as well as excellent communication and organisational skills. Travel to various locations in South Wales may be required on the odd occasion.

The Covid-19 pandemic impacted the ways in which we work at DHCW and as we have now embraced a hybrid way of working, the postholder’s presence will be required on site at the Cardiff office on a regular basis.

Interviewees will be required to undergo a short skills test of 30 minutes at the interview. The topic will be advised once short listing has taken place.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is part of the NHS Wales family and has an important role in changing the way health and care services are delivered through technology and data. The organisation supports frontline staff with modern systems and access to important information about their patients, while empowering the people of Wales to manage their own health through digital NHS Wales services.

Working for DHCW offers lots of employee benefits, including flexible working, a competitive salary, 28 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays and opportunities for career development. We are committed to recognising and celebrating our staff as the most valuable part of our organisation.
