**THE ROLE**

You’ll be the first point of contact for everyone who contacts the organisation whether in person or via e mail or telephone
- A key part of your role will be to provide a friendly, helpful, and professional information service to clients, counsellors, colleagues, and visitors; ensuring their interaction with the organisation is a consistently positive experience.
- In your role, you’ll also coordinate and implement office processes and administrative tasks that will enable the Senior Counsellor and Counsellors to provide seamless and effective counselling services to their clients.
- You’ll spend time scheduling and recording client appointments using the Salesforce CRM system. This will include co-ordinating cancellations, re-scheduling appointments and liaising with counsellors regarding client appointments.
- In addition to this, your role will involve financial transactions, evaluation and reporting, and sharing your ideas and experience that will enable the continuous improvement of the administration function.

**ABOUT YOU**

You’ll be educated to a minimum of standard grade A to C or equivalent with a secretarial qualification to a minimum of SVQ Level 2 or equivalent experience.

You’ll be self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and the ability to work effectively and safely on your own initiative.

You’ll be a great time manager and an effective problem-solver, but more importantly, you’ll be able to demonstrate the qualities that build trust and foster good relations that will enable you to connect and interact well with the team, our clients, and partners. Sensitivity and confidentiality are crucial in this role.

This position requires membership in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
