The group has built a reputation for excellence and innovation by delivering major land and marine projects for local and global clients and due to significant growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Data Administrator (Systems) to join the team at our HQ in Newry.
- Part/Item Creation: Monitoring the Item Creation Requests from other Departments to create Item Master information in D365.
- Project Creation: Input and maintain project specific ERP data from Contract Award to project completion.
- User Creation: Production Users Job Card Device activation, User Personalisation Import, Design Users Timesheet Setup
- Manage and address data quality issues
- Create, maintain and contribute to various project documentation using Word, Excel and occasionally other software.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in an administration role (A Finance Admin role would be an advantage)
- Attention to detail and accuracy working with numerical data
- Ability to understand and interpret data
- Ability to work in a team environment and to use own initiative
- Proven ability to deliver accurate, relevant, and timely information
- Good communication skills
- Good MS Excel and Outlook skills
- Methodical and highly organised

**Desirable Criteria**:

- 3 years’ experience working in an administration role in a Manufacturing or Construction Environment
- Excellent knowledge of other Microsoft Packages e.g.PowerBI, PowerPoint, etc.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP Systems
- Previous experience working for a fit
- out company in an administration role
- Previous Finance Office Administration experience
