I am delighted to be working with a leading construction firm based in Newry to recruit for their new HR Generalist. This is a perfect role for someone who has a keen interest in pursuing a career in HR, or develop a wider range of experience in the field.
**The role**:
- Use of HR systems and databases.
- General administration tasks.
- Reporting on employee data.
- Supporting the recruitment function.
- Assisting with payroll.
- Support HR processes such as employee relations issues.
**About you**:
- At least one years’ experience in a HR role.
- IT skills including Excel.
- A desire to pursue or develop a career in HR.
