You can find our modern offices situated within Hoults Yard on the edge of the Ouseburn Valley with its flourishing creative networks, abundant local heritage and lively social scene. Hoults Yard is a vibrant community which includes quirky cafés, leisure facilities and other local businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a key member of the Processing Services Team, you will have a number of set responsibilities throughout the month and will provide assistant to the payroll teams by undertaking supporting admin tasks
**.** Your responsibilities will include:
**Invoicing**
- Work with the Finance Team to ensure all non-payroll income items are invoiced and regarding on-stop accounts
- Liaise with payroll teams and managers to ensure payroll work has been correctly invoiced
**BACS Processing**
- Checking of BACS inputs and sending of BACS payments for payrolls and third-party liabilities
**Pension Processing**
- Sending remittances to third parties including LGPS/ TPA
- Uploading Pension contributions files to pension providers
- Sending of pension letters and files to clients
**Payroll Processing**
- Provide payroll teams with assistance in ad-hoc tasks
- Customer set-ups, eg entering customer data
- Creating and distributing payroll timetables to clients
- Uploading electronic payslips & P60s to self service
- Creation of self-service logins & password resets
- FPS and EPS uploads
- Opening & Closing of payrolls each period
- Sending out year end information packs
**General Admin Duties**
- Providing reception & telephone duties including greeting being responsible for visitors to the office
- Handling company admin and ordering office supplies
- Handling post, which includes returned payslips and tax codes

**Desirable**
