Our client is looking for a Transport Clerk to control the Yard admin duties working the afters shift. The main purpose of the role is to provide on-site administrative and operational support to the team ensuring daily and weekly targets are met.

**The key responsibilities will include**:
To provide a comprehensive clerical support services to the Transport operation
To deal with day to day queries within the Transport department.
To assist the operation in achieving KPI's/objectives, training and continuous improvement
To undertake all administration functions and other onsite used systems and databases
Facilitate effective verbal and non-verbal communication processes across all levels
Dispatch and Debrief of the drivers
The recording of all documentation in line with legislation

**Skills & Experience required**:
Strong administrations skills
Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Strong IT skills
Able to work in a busy environment

**Pay & Hours**:
14:00-22:00 Monday to Friday
Full time hours (37.5 hours per week)
This is a temporary, ongoing contract
