Customer Care Administrator

Kennings Building Supplies Ltd are recruiting for a Customer Care Assistant to join their Team for approximately 30 hours per week (9AM-3:30PM) immediate start available.
Duties will include;
- Answering calls from Customers who have experienced problems with their order
- Communicating with Customers using our online Portal facilities
- Working as part of a team ensuring Customer notes are accurately logged
- Investigating and resolving Customer Complaints
- Processing Returned items
- Processing Refunds
- General Administration
- Technical assistance
Knowledge of Consumer Right Regulations would be an advantage but is not essential. Full Training will be given.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: From £9.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Goole, DN14 5JB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
