We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Administrator to join our team in Whitley Bridge, providing general admin support our Transport Team in all aspects of the operation. It is a fast-paced working environment which requires you to be professional, approachable, hands-on, self-motivated and committed to achieving and delivering successful results. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00.

The main duties of this role include:

- Inputting and maintaining Transport Team attendance records.
- Supporting the team with the Product Transfer System
- Completing daily site walk-round and vehicle checks.
- Driver de-brief and POD control.
- Purchasing uniforms and maintaining sufficient stocks and accurate records.
- Producing weekly driver rotas for the Transport Planners.
- Liaise with external hauliers and record costs.
- Purchase Order raising and receipt.
- Ad-hoc office/administrative duties

- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment.
- Excellent administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and organise workloads effectively, in order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
