**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Supporting the Senior Admissions Executive in managing our network of international agents
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure we grow our business with them
- Helping chase for payment for B2B students and working with the Senior Admissions Executive to ensure agent invoices arrive on time
- Managing arrival and departure transfers for our agent and school groups. Working closely with the Senior Admissions Executive and the transfers team to ensure that our group transfers work smoothly during the busy summer period
- Managing the group leader activities during the busy summer period including helping organise meetings with staff and students, organising trips to other campuses, and organising dinners and meetings as required.

This post may also be required to support other areas of work within the B2B team as directed by the Senior Admissions Executive, Business Development Manager or Sales and Marketing Director.

**Person Specification**:

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
- Customer service experience would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Proficient and confident in the use of basic telephonic systems, computer systems and technology

**Position Details**:

- **Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM) (Some weekend and evening work may be required)
- **Location**: Based at our Oxford office (OX4), with flexibility for some working from home as agreed with the Sales and Marketing Director
- **Holidays**:32 days of annual leave per year, inclusive of public and bank holidays
- **Reports to**: Head of Marketing and Brand
