**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Management and review of existing programme materials, including making suggestions for improvements or additions to the material with a view to enhancing students' learning experience
- Creating new programme material where necessary (compiling existing material or creating brand new content)
- Updating programme timetables and sharing these with Marketing and Admissions as appropriate
- Liaising with the Logistics & Procurement team to make sure that equipment lists in the guides are accurate and list the correct quantities of equipment for the correct lessons, informing them of any changes which may affect equipment orders
- Staying informed about the contents of existing materials and industry topics to be able to assess programmes for relevance, accuracy and any developments in the field that should be added to the contents
- Analysing feedback received from students, parents, teachers and Programme Directors to identify ways in which our existing courses can be improved and enhanced and then implementing the relevant updates and changes in the course guides
- Reviewing, updating and, where needed, developing materials for academic workshops and general academic enrichment seminars
- Providing flexible support across operational department work areas as required, including logistics, social, enrichment and welfare programmes

**Person Specification**:
**Essential Experience**:

- Experience of teaching within either a summer school context and/or formal education at secondary school age
- Strong understanding of teaching best practice
- Experience developing and writing content for teaching and student learning materials
- Strong copywriting and proof-reading skills
- Keen interest in education
- Highly organised, committed and proactive
- Keen eye for detail in visuals and text
- Ability to work independently and provide progress updates to the wider Academic Operations Team
- IT Proficient

**Desirable Experience**:

- Experience working with Canva design software

**Position Details**:

- **Type of** **employment**: Permanent Contract
- **Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM) with some evening and weekend work required from March to August
- **Location**: Based at our Oxford office (OX4), with hybrid working options
- **Holiday**: Entitlement: 32 days of annual leave per year, inclusive of public and bank holidays, pro rata
