Orchard Healthcare (Norfolk) Ltd is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our King'S Lynn office.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:
- Greeting clients and answering incoming calls
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Answer phones in a friendly manner.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good levels of English and Maths
- Good knowledge and skills with IT including excel
- 2 years of related experience preferred.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening to include background check
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and coworkers.
