**Requirements**:
As a **Night Receptionist** you will be responsible for:

- security of building guests
- Cleaning all public areas.
- Taking telephone calls
- Must be customer service focused

We are looking for someone who is able to work between the hours of 10pm and 9am approx. Your duties will include keeping the outside and public areas of the hotel clean and tidy as well as preparing for the following day’s events. This will include tidying and general maintenance as well as any guests needs throughout the night.

The ideal person will have at least 1 years’ experience in customer service or hotels, in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. Experience with Guestline or other similar hotel PMS will be advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team.

Duties will include:

- To complete statutory fire and security checks.
- To assist in the evacuation process in the event of fire.
- Completion of daily hand over procedures in an efficient and responsible manner.
- Ensure all corridors are clear; fire extinguishers and fire doors are secure whilst conducting safety floor checks during the night.
- Taking telephone calls and dealing with all reservation queries.
- Ensuring an outstanding customer service experience for all guests.
- Maintaining security of building guests.
- Reporting of any maintenance, cleanliness or service complaints to the relevant manager
- Adhering to correct selling procedures and rates in order to maximise yields
- Undertaking of all training as required
