**Salary £32,925 to £33,957**

As Control Room Monitoring Officer you will give support to front-line operational officers including the Met Police.

The post holder will undertake, data checks using various systems. Creating and updating reports. To monitor CCTV cameras in line with CCTV Code of Practice.

Call handling of council Out of Hours calls. I.e. Raising Housing repairs jobs and Social Service referrals. The position works to a shift pattern, working three out of four weekends and Bank Holidays.

Late/night shift’s hours are between 16.00 to 06.00 working 7.2 hours with 48 minute meal break. Working 3 weekend out of 4

- About Us
The London Borough of Newham is located only 5 miles east of London. It is well positioned with access to all major networks in London and the south east. It is well connected by public transport with, bus, tube and DLR. When the Crossrail service opens it will call at Custom House close to our council offices and also Stratford station and from there to central London.
