We are seeking a well-motivated and experienced nuclear medicine clinical technologist or radiographer to join our Nuclear Medicine team. The position is based at the West Cumberland Hospital, Whitehaven (WCH) however the post holder will work when required at the Cumberland Infirmary, Carlisle (CIC - approximately 40 miles away).

This is an exciting time to join our department our service. The departments at WCH and CIC are undergoing significant redevelopment with planned installation of new SPECT/CT cameras at both sites. WCH and CIC undertake a wide range of imaging, non-imaging and out-patient therapy work.

In addition to nuclear medicine work the Medical Physics department at the West Cumberland Hospital also runs a clinical measurement service including lung function tests and ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. The post holder may be required to undertake training for this activity as future role development.
