**Main purpose of the role**:
To monitor, track and provide a variety of early help interventions with both parents and Students.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- To lead on Holmleigh Park’s Early Help approach and help support students and families where early intervention will have a positive, long run impact.
- To run one to one sessions with students, including but not limited to, wellbeing checks, completing MyJourney reports and supporting social workers with in school interventions.
- To run group sessions for students where applicable.
- To facilitate and organise TAF meetings with external agencies and professionals who are working with our young people.
- To complete home visits where there are welfare concerns.
- Support with running break and lunch clubs for vulnerable students.
- To offer support to parents on an individual basis depending on needs.
- To offer any other relevant support to families as required.
- To liaise with the GCC Early Help team, ensuring a joined-up approach.
- To work closely with the attendance and safeguarding officers, ensuring a wraparound approach to safeguarding all students.
- To complete any other reasonable tasks as directed by the Head of Student Support or a member of the Senior Leadership Team
