About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Early Help Coordinator to join our Advice, Guidance & Support Team in the Cotswolds locality. As an Early Help Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting practitioners and partners in the community to deliver effective early help services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with practitioners from various organisations to identify the needs and resources of children and families, and agree next steps to ensure effective support.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate early help services.
  • Deliver practitioner training and upskill practitioners through coaching and mentoring to disseminate best practice in meeting the emerging needs of children and families.
About You

We are looking for an individual with experience of working with children, young people, families, and communities, as well as effective partnership working skills. You will need to be able to problem-solve and work creatively with partners to meet the needs of children, young people, families, and communities.
