**Salary: £25,000 to £26,000**
My client is a medium-sized well respected Financial Planning business who are looking to expand their Administration team with 2 new members due to continued growth, you will join a team of around 12 Administrators who are managed by the dedicated ClientSupport manager.
They are looking for someone who has a wealth of experience in Financial Services administration and doesn't necessarily want to progress. Rather they want someone who is looking to build long term working relationships with the Paraplanners, Advisers andclients while providing high level Administration support.
The company has gone from strength to strength in recent years, through organic growth and acquisitions which shows no signs of slowing down, currently they have over £1bn under management,
**Responsibilities of the Role**
- Process Business in line with the Suitability Reports
- Produce up to date client Valuations
- Deal with Ad-Hoc queries from clients and Advisers
- Manage your own workload through a digital diary system
- Send and chase Letters of Authority
- Keep client records and documents up to date
- Check the compliance requirements for processing different business
**Key Skills and Experiences**
- Previous experience as a Financial Planning Administrator
- Adept at using industry wide back office systems, ideally Intelligent Office
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone
- Organisational Skills and attention to detail are key
- Experience of using a wide range of provider platforms
