**Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
We are currently recruiting for an MIS Administrator to join the Team on a full time permanent basis, your working days and hours will consist of 09:00am - 5:00pm working Monday - Friday.

**DUTIES**
- Compliance check learner start and completion paperwork making decisions on learner eligibility for programme and conformity with the ESFA funding rules
- Accurately input learner and employer details onto MIS software (e.g. ProSolution) in a timely manner, including: new starts, completions, withdrawals, contact/attendance, employer contributions etc
- Respond to any queries/support requests from all internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively liaise with allocated delivery staff in order to address any issues preventing learner(s) from being entered onto LCG systems - this is critical for the learner’s journey, but also to maximise funding claims
- Obtain learner ULN details from LRS portal and update MIS software accordingly
- Search ERN website to obtain employer ERN numbers, and closely track any new creations in order to receive their numbers as soon as possible
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date learner funding files
- Support management with batch checks (e.g. rectifying errors and other issues identified from PDSAT reports)
- Register learners with a wide range of awarding bodies and end-point assessment organisations
- Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values
- Comply with and follow all processes within The Safeguarding Policy, ensuring safely of all learners is paramount
- Comply and follow all processes within the IT, Data Protection and Information Security, and Health and Safety Policies

- Educated to Level 2 (preferably inclusive of English and Maths)
- Experience of working within a busy team
- Knowledge of ESFA Apprenticeship funding guidance
- Create and maintain effective working relationships with staff
- Administration Experience or qualified up to Level 2 preferably.
