Our client based near Bourne is looking to recruit a Customer service administrator on a fulltime permanent basis. Working as part of an established team you will be the first point of contact for our clients customers. This will involve updating databases, liaising with internal teams to advise on ant customer changes, speaking to customers and helping them with any questions or putting them through to the relevant department that can help. Taking payments over the phone plus so much more. It’s a busy role where you get to speak to people but also you are a key cog in the administration department of the business.

To be considered for this role you will have some administration experience but more important is the willingness to learn. The role has become available due to an internal promotion so if you want a career then this is an excellent opportunity to join a business.

The role is Monday to Friday 9 till 5pm (35 hours a week) plus excellent benefits and 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays.

**Salary**: £19,999.00-£20,000.00 per year
