**PA required for he Director of a Equine Veterinary Practice & Stud in Gloucestershire**

This is a very busy and diverse role.

The role includes:

- Own Diary & schedule management
- Jobs List Management and prioritisation
- Personal invoicing, orders and returns
- Expense management and data recording for budgeting purposes.
- Project management
- Organising maintenance of the family home, grounds, and other property, including insurance policies.
- Recruitment & HR management of private staff
- Schedule and organise events and trips including transport and accommodation.
- Schedule and organise meetings. Take minutes. Write up notes and reports.
- Occasionally required to run errands and drive

Experience with horses or the equine industry is important. Previous experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant is an advantage.
- Be aware of and be prepared to work to very specific working methods
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be computer literate including good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Have excellent organisational and time/task management skills
- Have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be able to work well under pressure and multi-task
- Be resilient, assertive, proactive and confident whilst working in a busy environment
- Be completely discrete and confidential

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tetbury: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- PA or Administration: 2 years (preferred)
