**Hours**:Full Time - 40 hours per week

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our dedicate maintenance team at our award-winning hotel, Lime Wood.

As a Maintenance Assistant you will work as part of a small team, cohesively maintaining the functionality, efficiency, health & safety of the hotel. The ability to manage preventative maintenance is key, along with knowledge and understanding of fire safety.

You will be required to be 'hands on’ expressing a ‘can do’ attitude. Most of the responsibilities will involve basic repairs of damaged facilities, equipment, painting and decorating, at times you may be required to help the Maintenance Manager coordinate renovations and additional projects.

Experience in a similar role is preferred, along with any qualification or exposure to PAT testing, electrics, plumbing, fire safety, carpentry, plant room management, health, and safety.

A ‘can do’ hands on attitude is a must as our hotels are open 365 days a year.
