Dafaid Incident Advisor

**About The Role**:
RAC have an exciting opportunity for a Incident Advisor to join our **DAFaid Control Centre **on an **initial 9-month fixed term contract**, based in our iconic Bescot office, Walsall.

As an Incident Advisor you will play an important integral role in the efficient day-to-day running of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands. By the provision of a responsive, consistent, and high-quality telephone service that delights Customers. Working continually to improve the quality of service delivered.

Salary is **£23,407** per year.

**Shifts fall Monday to Sunday between 6am and 10pm.**
- 40 Hours per week.

**Key Accountabilities**
- To play an important integral role in the efficient day-to-day running of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands.
- To demonstrate excellent customer service skills whilst providing inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands.
- Demonstrating initiative, by managing workload effectively and in a timely manner.
- Working as an individual within a team however also working as part of a team to deliver a service second to none
