At Recruit2You we are pleased to announce our newest vacancy based in South Normanton. Our client is looking for a Office Administrator to join their team.

Experienced in administration and with an understanding of customer service, you will be a driven and highly motivated team member who leads by example and is passionate about the customer and the service we provide. Possessing a ‘can do’ attitude, you will be resilient and tenacious with the ability to prioritise, manage and organise a varied workload.

**Your responsibilities as the new Office Administrator**:

- Maintain Customer Incident database.
- Complete weekly ‘On Time in Full’ report for all GB, ROI and International deliveries
- Gather data and produce monthly KPI reports for publication to Key Accounts
- Create and maintain reporting suite for departmental KPI’s.
- Complete checks for deliveries to sites
- Update the ERP system with specific delivery information.
- Liaise with the Account Executives on any changes made to deliveries.
- Cover Reception calls during breaks and for periods of annual leave
- Carry out any additional tasks as outlined to support the business needs.

**Your skills as the new Office Administrator**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Administration role
- Competent in all Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong client-facing, communication skills
- Troubleshooting, complaint resolution management and multi-tasking skills
- Customer service orientation

**About the role**:

- Monday - Friday (Full time, Permanent)
- 8:00am-17:00pm
- £23,500 per annum
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays) increasing on length of service.
- Company pension scheme

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,500.00 per year
