**Deputy Manager**

I am currently working with an established provider of children's residential care to recruit a Deputy Manager for their new home based in Northampton caring for Children and Young People with learning difficulties, autism and other challenging behaviours.

**In this role you will;**
- Work with the Manager to support the home through procedures, policies and activities engaged in to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for the child or young person they are responsible for.
- Support the existing staff team to ensure positive outcomes for the children they support
- Work with the Manager to continuously develop the home to achieve and maintain Outstanding with OFSTED

**To be successful in this role you will have;**
- Supervisory experienced within a home for children and young people with LD/ EBD/ Complex Needs
- Hold a NVQ level 3 in children and young people
- Be passionate about delivering outstanding care
- Sound knowledge of governing legislation, procedures and best practice in caring for looked after children
