Following continued growth of our strategic academic partnerships in UK and internationally, we wish to appoint a Partnership Curriculum Leader to join our academic team. You can expect to work closely with academic partners to oversee and co-ordinate the smooth operation of our entrepreneurship modules and programmes. You will also contribute to ensuring that the quality and standards of academic delivery at University’s partner organisations are consistent with those delivered by the University.

We want you to be able to carry out your work in a way that best supports UON and our students, but also you as an individual. We understand this may vary between different areas of the university as well as from one person to another. With Smarter Working you can work with increased flexibility, if you would like to, which can facilitate greater freedom and autonomy.

**About You**

You will bring;
- Ability to use a VLE and related tools to access student work and to record second marking / moderation comments.
- Ability to implement quality assurance processes effectively to secure quality and standards.
- Ability to develop and implement quality enhancement processes to achieve improved outcomes.
- Evidence of excellent communication and negotiation skills and intercultural competence.
- Ability to work independently, to successfully manage multiple priorities and to meet tight deadlines.

**Qualifications**

Essential;
- Undergraduate degree.
- Professional recognition as HEA Fellow (D2) or teaching qualification recognised by HESA, or willingness to obtain HEA Fellow (D2) within an agreed timescale.

**Faculty/Department**

The Faculty of Business and Law is the largest in the University of Northampton with around 200 academic staff and 5600 students. Led by a Dean, Deputy Dean and Associate Dean, we offer a broad portfolio of programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels including several degree apprenticeships. We also maintain a number of successful academic partnerships in the UK and internationally through which several of our programmes are delivered.

An ambitious plan to replace the majority of our existing programme portfolio over the next 2-4 years whilst developing programmes in new and innovative disciplines offers an exciting opportunity for individuals that share our ambitions to make a direct contribution to our continuing success.
