The Programme
Year 1 of the programme will focus on foundation modules, introducing core skills such as leading pedagogy and building positive relationships with your team and the families you meet. Year 2 of the programme you have the opportunity to choose from two exciting professional development routes;
Route one is a comprehensive internal leadership programme, combining training and hands-on experience required to provide you with the skills to be an effective early years leader.
