**Job Title**: Employee Resource Center Associate

**Location**: Maidenhead or London

**Start Date**: 1st July 2024 (13 months Internship)
Eligibility - Currently working towards an undergraduate degree that includes an industrial placement or year in industry. In penultimate year of degree course.

Opportunity
Our Employee Experience team is looking to hire an intern. The intern will need to be passionate about Employee Experience and customer service. The Employee Resource Centre (ERC) is the initial point of contact for all employee and manager (director level and below) inquiries across the EMEA region.
Our team is responsible for providing first level Employee Experience support intended to improve manager and employee success by addressing inquiries related to Adobe policies, procedures, and programs; identifying and clarifying issues through inquiry; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solutions, or raising to a functional consultant if the solution requires ongoing interaction or specialised coaching.

This team is able to provide resolution for the vast majority of inquiries that come through the ERC. The role requires a proactive approach in anticipating employee experience related needs and a solutions-based mindset to resolve issues.

What you'll need to succeed

Currently working towards an undergraduate degree from a University in Human Resources and Psychology preferred.

Excellent professional communication skills.

Must be highly motivated, have attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.

Must be able to work independently and as a team-player; and also interact well with peers and business partners.

The function focuses on excellence across the entire employee experience through a shared services environment.

Self-motivated, hardworking, highly ethical, and dependable

Ability to learn and interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs

Creative & customer-centric

People & process mindset and the ability to manage detailed work within constant deadlines/time constraints/SLA environment/change environment
