International Accounting Associate

We are seeking an International Accounting Associate to join LogRhythm’s EMEA HQ Accounting Team at Maidenhead, United Kingdom. This person will need to visit our office for training and a few time after. The position is responsible for daily processing of invoices, expense reports, and journal entries on a multinational basis. This is a non-exempt position. If you have an eye for detail, the ability to learn quickly, and strong accounting skills this position could be for you. Key responsibilities include:
Processing invoices for all subsidiaries worldwide, while maintaining awareness of Sales/GST/VAT taxes and adhering to approval policies.
Timely preparation of vendor payments to uphold strong vendor relationships.
Reviewing and approving employee expense reports globally, ensuring compliance with expense policies, reporting any exceptions, and addressing issues with employees when necessary.
Generating financial journal entries for various transactions including bank payments, purchase order accruals, amortization, depreciation, intercompany transactions, and payroll journals.
Conducting balance sheet reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Upholding consistent accounting processes across all subsidiaries.
Providing support to the accounting team on various projects as needed.
Preparing information for audits, financial reports, and tax returns including VAT, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Undertaking any other duties as required to support the accounting function. Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a multinational accounting environment.
AAT/bookkeeping qualification preferred.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with NetSuite and Concur is advantageous but not required.
