Administration / Accounts Support
Are you looking for a flexible 24 hours a week in an administrative / accounts role, working for our family business, based on Buddle Road in Newcastle?
The Company
Operating since 2003, we’re in the commercial cleaning industry and employ over 400 staff from our office at the John Buddle Work Village in Benwell.
With big growth plans and an amazing administration and accounts team, we’re looking for someone who can fit right in and become an important part of our team in a brand new role.
The Role
Helping us manage mobile operatives and managers timesheets.
Submitting hours for wage processing.
Adding stock onto client invoices for charging.
Assisting purchase ledger/credit control during busy periods.
Updating audit information against KPI’s.
Updating information onto a spreadsheet to assist in our journey to becoming a Net Zero company.
Helping to set up client portals.
Keeping portals up to date and ensuring they’re running correctly.
General organisation of the shared Google Drives.
Placing Hireful Job adverts / liaising with Operations.
Going through applicants/interviewing/passing best ones to Ops, assessing vacancies.
General administration tasks, such as filing, printing, shredding and photocopying.
Helping us improve our Dochub (paper light) systems.
The Requirements
Good Excel / Google Suite knowledge
Ideally an accounts background
Sage Experience (beneficial but not essential)
Amazing communication skills
Basic SQL (this can be trained)
Very organised and efficient
The Package
£12.50 an hour (24 hours a week)
20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
Office based.
Pension.
