Finance Administrator

Blair West is supporting a multinational consultancy business based in Ponteland as they look to add a Finance Administrator to their finance team in a hybrid role (1 remote day). Joining a team of 10+, the primary focus for this role is to provide administrative and finance support to the wider team.
**The opportunity**:
- Raising and completion of sales invoices.
- Payment processing.
- Understanding of exchange rate calculations.
- Credit control and reconciliation work.
- Handling of general enquiries, file maintenance and records.
- Processing documentation and information, including data input and follow-up correspondence.
- General ad-hoc administrative support to the wider team.
- Fundamental understanding of finance from a previous role (1+ years).
- Experience with a number of financial systems.
- Experience in a manual processing role.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel.
