Job Title: Senior Finance Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Administrator. This role involves providing financial support to the charity, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have excellent spreadsheet skills and a good understanding of accounting principles. They will also have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly to deliver results.

  • Process charity transactions, including purchase ledger, donated income, banking, and petty cash.
  • Support members of the finance team with sales ledger and month-end reporting.

Requirements

AAT or higher qualification is desirable, but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of computerising accounting systems, such as Sage, and excellent problem-solving skills.
