Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-centric and cordial E-Commerce Associate to join our company. You will be primarily responsible for streamlining all e-commerce activities. Additionally, you should be able to retain long term consumer relationships. Your strong digital marketing skills is a plus in identifying new market opportunities and preparing promotional campaigns.

You should be able to use your e-commerce experience in forecasting sales and resolving conflicts. Besides, you will be inspecting and uploading consumer product reviews and responding to queries. You should also monitor website content to ensure that it is easy to navigate and visually appealing.

As a part of your job role, you will be coordinating with the Managing Director in planning promotional offers and product discounts. Furthermore, you will be liaising with Business partners/ vendors for productive outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring, managing and updating website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc.
- Monitoring, managing and updating marketplace content (eBay, Etsy and Amazon) such as product listings, inventory updates, etc.
- Analyzing consumer behaviour and preferences
- Ensuring all product details are mentioned correctly
- Assisting the Managing Director in developing promotional campaigns and marketing activity.
- Ensuring hassle-free consumer shopping experience
- Checking if different payment options are provided at checkout
- Ensuring website changes/updates are rolled out on time
- Inspecting consumer product reviews
- Utilizing SEO techniques to monitor and generate organic website traffic
- Understanding consumer behaviour and analyzing sales report
- Forecasting sales
- Estimating stock requirements
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborating with social media influencers for promotional campaigns
- Handling crisis management activities
- Monitoring the performance of promotional campaigns
- Identifying and resolving customer queries and project roadblocks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field would be advantageous
- Proven work experience in the gifting sector.
- Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques
- Displaying detail-oriented and consumer-centric approach
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify current market trends
- Familiarity with marketing tactics
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to manage stressful situations and strict deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools especially Excel
- Strong marketing background and having an impressive digital presence
- Highly motivated and holding a positive attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
