**Commutable from Bromsgrove, Droitwich, and Worcester**

TLP Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Financial Administrator for a busy office in the Droitwich area.

**Responsibilities**
- Serving as a point of contact for clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- General office duties
- Daily use of Excel and back-office systems
- Collate client information and maintain files and documentation
- Liaising with product providers

**Person specification**
- Previous experience in financial administration
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise workload
- IT Literate
