We are seeking a talented Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.
As Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our firm by performing a wide range of administrative duties. Your excellent organisational skills and attention to detail will ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and that our team operates efficiently.
About the role:
- Timely filing of tax returns and managing missing information reminders.
- Communicating with clients to obtain signed documents and chasing tax repayments.
- Handling scanning of tax-related documents and returning client records promptly.
- Assisting with superannuation certificates, SA302's, and HMRC calls for tax information.
- Following procedures for client disengagement and providing information to new advisers.
- Supporting managers with billing and collating P60's and P11D's.
- Managing agent authorizations and preparing tax workload reports.
- Assisting with administration tasks for Business Services Clients.
- Providing reception and phone cover during busy times and annual leave.
- Undertaking other ad hoc admin tasks as required.
About you:
- Previous experience in an administrative role (experience within accountancy, financial services, or legal industry would be an advantage)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and maintaining a positive work environment.
