The role of the administrator in the Referral Management and Private clients team provides an efficient and comprehensive secretarial support service to our clinicians and our external customers.

You will be required to:
Maintain a high standard administrative support service to meet the needs of the role.

Ensure accurate, efficient, and timely typing skills.

Process investigations efficiently and effectively

Treat all aspects of your role with the highest level of confidentiality.

**Main duties of the role**:
Ensure all admin / secretarial duties are carried out efficiently and effectively whilst always having the patient at the forefront of your mind, enabling our GPs to always deliver the best patient care.

Ensure you understand all aspects of your role and adhere to the teams SOP where appropriate.

Ensure you meet individual / team KPIs / targets.

On occasion you may also be required to provide admin support across the department to meet the needs of the business.

**Person Specification**:
**Essential**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous admin experience
- Good keyboard and Microsoft office skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Able to work autonomously and equally in a team.

**Desirable**:

- Understanding of Medical Terminology
- Experience in an NHS admin role and the use of in-house medical systems, preferably SystmOne

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £22,799.00 per year
