As the Marketing Guru, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the green energy revolution. You will have the opportunity to shape our marketing strategies, build our brand, and drive awareness of our renewable energy solutions. Your creative genius and strategic mindset will be instrumental in spreading the message of sustainability to the world.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand presence and drive demand for our renewable energy products and services. Identify target markets, create compelling campaigns, and track their effectiveness.

2. Brand Building: Establish our brand as a leading group in the energy sector. Develop and implement brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual identity systems that resonate with our target audience and differentiate us from the competition.

5. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, industry partners, and customers. Develop joint marketing initiatives, nurture relationships, and drive cohesive messaging that aligns with our brand and business goals.

6. Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences within the renewable energy industry. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and refine marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of at least 2 years in marketing, preferably within the energy industry or a related field.
- Good understanding of energy technologies, market dynamics, and sustainability trends.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable marketing plans.
- Creative mindset with a talent for storytelling and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
